In helping my sweetheart get a travel certificate for Crete, I was amazed and delighted. Patricia returned my call (after hours!) and guided me through the process clearly, and with kindness. We exchanged a few more emails and phone calls, and I was able to print the certificate. She also helped me with the Passenger Locator Form. Patricia is a consummate professional with a compassionate heart of gold! She gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced!

We have recently had a great experience at the Consulate General of Greece in Boston. The staff members were very professional, they helped us prepare all required documents in advance and finished the job when we met at the consulate in a timely manner. Both my wife and myself were very satisfied with the services provided.

The Greek Consulate in Boston has pleasantly surprised me this past week by their level of service, efficiency, and above all their professionalism and kindness in dealing with all matters and questions. My questions/requests were attended to via phone and in person. Additionally, they have taken all the necessary precautionary measures to ensure that your visit is safe and timely during this pandemic. A visit to the Greek Consulate of Boston will make you proud (if you are Greek) or impress you greatly (if you are not). The efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of the whole staff are amazing. They are working incredibly hard, often after hours, to help people with travel deadlines and other time sensitive issues. Additionally, the many events organized by the Consulate with the help of the community are very informative and excellent mechanism to bring the community together.
