Prices are better than Home Depot. They do have delivery coordination issues in that you have no idea what time they will deliver your appliances. They expect you to sit around between 8am-8pm but the store manager is great and will help work out a specific delivery if needed. Check delivery terms before you purchase.

Had a 6 ft. Privacy fence installed wrong they are still giving me the run around pushing blame on the subcontractors they hired. When David the project specialists for exteriors came to measure and do the appraisal he was informed on how I wanted my fence installed but when he passed that on to the subcontractors it was all wrong. When I called the store and asked for the project manager to come to my home to look at the directions of the boards / fence placement I was told that I needed to take that up with the contractors and then I was told by the subcontractors that I needed to take this up with Lowe’s now I have a fence that is wrong and not secure for my German Shepherds that was the entire reason for getting the fence in the first place. After many trips and phone calls still have a 5,000 dollar fence that I am not completely happy with. They refuse to call me back after a work order was placed on Thursday of this week after I showed pictures to someone in the office at Lowe’s and in that conversation I was confronted by the project specialist David telling me he told me that they don’t do fencing that way I said where do you think I got the idea from? Lowe’s website and Sir when you came to my home I showed you exactly what I wanted his response was I was the liar. Unprofessional and rude they don’t care about you or your project they want your money and that is it! I want the fence removed and my money returned. Highly suggest hiring someone else. Thanks for looking out for your military vets NOT!

Do not order flooring from these folks. They want you to pay upfront with no idea of how long they are going to take. Then prepare for anyone who knows anything about what’s going on to take vacations and then blame each other and the contractors they hire. Once they have your money they will be all too happy to turn what should have been a couple weeks in to a couple months. We’ve been waiting approximately 6 weeks and only after we finally reached someone there who has any idea of what’s going on and threw a fit did they even begin to start making any progress toward completing our flooring. Today, they finally took some precious time out of their day to call and say it would be two more weeks! Just getting them to measure it was an absolute circus. Buy your flooring somewhere else and call around to installers to find the best price and a timeframe that works for you. After all, by buying here you simply limit yourself to whatever contractors they happen to have agreements with. The idea is that letting them handle it is more convenient, but believe me, it’s anything but convenient. Lowe’s will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to lock yourself in with them. In retrospect, we would’ve gladly paid double to another company to get the job done in a timely manner without the insanity that Lowe’s seems to think is normal. I won’t even so much as buy a paintbrush from Lowe’s ever again. #homedepot

We had went the other day to replace some items. When we asked the customer service lady, she was extremely unhelpful, gave us an attitude, was very rude, and we had to ask a manager. The manager was a trillion times more helpful, and when we came back a few days later, another customer service lady helped us. She was understanding and was the complete opposite of the one we had met prior. Good experience, but it should’ve been a good experience the first time.

They have a big variety of everything. A lot of sales. The employees are considerate I'm trying to help out the best I can.
