I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully when I called just to ask a few question. I understand if they are really overbooked, but I was not even given the opportunity to speak and they were very short and sharp tongues on the phone. I will never call back or return. I am a school teacher and I would never speak to someone the way I was spoken to. Disappointed to say the least.
We have used Mark’s services on our pool chair cushions over the past 13 years. Always great service, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!
