Being new to town and having several properties to renovate, we wanted a local flooring shop we could develop a relationship with and keep coming back to for all our flooring projects. Clifton's was it!nnFrom the moment we first walked it we were given personalized attention, great service, and individualized recommendations for our goals. We made a small purchase and everything went great.nnNext time we called to purchase more of the same flooring, they remembered us right away, remembered the specific product we'd bought last time, and were helpful to the extreme.nnDuring the install we had a few technical questions to get the job done right. Great service! Staff are professional and friendly. We had two rooms and a large closet in our basement carpeted as well as vinyl flooring laid in our laundry room. They were patient with us as we made the decision on which products to install. We never felt rushed or pushed towards a product. They were on time to all appointments and the installation job was wonderful. Looks tremendous and they cleaned up after themselves.
