I just bought my second bed from Croft. For me, their hybrids are amazing for my bad back. I felt relief the instant I laid down on my back. That relief didn't go away after I laid there a while and the same thing when I tried the left and right sides. The staff is second to none and the store is really nice and relaxing that you probably could take a nap there. I highly recommend their beds for the quality and prices!
What a wonderful experience. We were treated like family. The sales team of Jake & Matt was friendly knowledgeable and patient. We felt well informed after our pillow fitting and mattress demonstration. We can't wait for our new bed!
We were under the gun with guests coming to stay for the holidays and needing to find a decent box spring and mattress set at an affordable price. Mike was able to hook us up and give us a great deal on a set that he had, on hand, in stock. I was also pleased to discover that Joplimo/Croft uses a microbial - Silver - alternative to the formaldehyde that most mattress companies use. That was a relief for me as I tend to be chemically sensitive. With the mattress set being made locally (in Missouri), the 10yr warranty, a comfortable mattress set at a great price, and wonderful customer service, this company can't be beat. I highly recommend them.
Bryan notified us of a killer deal they had going on, going out of his way to not only meet and exceed what we expected from a quality and price standpoint, but he also saved us a ton of money and time. Very easy to work with!
The sales man was very patient and helpful. He did not push my mom into the most expensive bed like places have done before. He made sure she purchased what was most comfortable for her. 100% would recommend. Thank you for helping me mom Marshall
