Initially I was just browsing I had an idea of what I wanted to get. I got greeted by Chris, he was very welcoming and not over baring. He asked if I needed any help finding anything or if I had questions to let him know, he wasn’t following me around like a lost puppy like I have experienced at other furniture stores. He ended up being a little busy, but Lindsey came to help and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for (I am very picky).They didn’t have what I wanted in store so she helped me look for a dresser online. I wanted to make sure the dimensions were going to fit in my room, so she even found a dresser that was the same size so I had an idea of what it would look like when I got it. When I found the perfect one we looked into financing options and got everything set up. She shipped it to my house and I will receive it within the next few weeks. I ended up leaving within an hour or two with exactly what I wanted. Lindsey was very quick and efficient and had great product knowledge, I could ask her anything and she immediately had an answer for me. She deserves employee of the month! If you ever need to look into getting furniture go to Ashley Furniture and ask for Lindsey. She will get you exactly what you need! Best experience I’ve ever had at a furniture store!!

We had a very good experience at Ashley HomeStore. My husband and I came in to look specifically at sectionals, as we have been looking at their sectionals on line to purchase for our living room. Matt greeted us with a friendly, warm and inviting invitation without being pushy in any way. He was there to help answer all of our questions. The store manager also introduced himself to us and gave us a discount on the sectional that we found that we both liked. He gave us their Black Friday discount that we appreciated very much as we wanted the warranty that protects the sectional for 5 years from any damage. We felt that we got such a good deal. We got the furniture we wanted with the warranty and quite a number of decorative pillows to go with the Sectional as well as a very generous discount. We looked at Sectionals for several hours and it was very reassuring to have all of our questions answered and to know that if it didn’t look right when we got it home, Ashley would honor our purchase and allow us to choose something else we liked better. We appreciate the time they took with us and look forward to having this beautiful furniture in our living room.

I’d highly recommend shopping at this store. We bought furniture for 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a dining room. They have a great selection to choose from. The sales person, Chris was extremely knowledgeable about all of their mattresses and set-ups. We are very happy with our purchases!

Matt was super helpful. Was not his fault Ashley has a very faulty supply chain. Ordered couch beginning of June. Info Matt was given is that couch would be delivered mid July. Got multiple texts about delivery date confirmation just for it to be cancelled 3 times because Ashley’s had no idea where couch was. Finally got couch in October. Ordered a dresser as well. Was supposed to be put together. Came in the box. Called corporate to see what kind of discount would be provided. They said to call the store. Store never provided me anything. Not sure I will do business again. Can’t blame Matt but I can definitely blame Ashley furniture for a horrible experience. Would have been one star but they are lucky to have Matt as a sales rep is only reason I gave 2.

I have bought several pieces of furniture at Ashley in the past and I love every one. Today I decided to replace a recliner that had seen better days. I was not sure exactly what I was looking for, but I knew it needed a high back and it is hard for me to get out of some chairs so I didn't want that. Chisholm was my sales associate. He spent time showing me a variety of chairs and listened to my needs carefully. He was great. We also connected because I recently moved back from the Northwest where Chisholm was originally from. We enjoyed sharing stories about the NW and in the end I found the perfect chair. I never thought I would spend more for a chair than I did for my first car, but I did today and I love it. Rock on Ashley and thanks Chisholm!
