Spent many afternoons trying out nail salons when we moved here in 2017. Found Top Nails and I haven't used anyone else since. Everyone is friendly and courteous. My daughters only want Henry to do their nails! He's great! They all are. They always know exactly what we want. Prices are about the same as other salons. It's the service we come here for. I'm always a walk-in & I've never waited more than 10 min. Once, they were SLAMMED! Told me to come back in an hour & an hour later they took me immediately! They do an excellent job on my eyebrows as well!! Recommend to all my friends!
I’ve been coming here for at least 6 years and they never disappoint. Hao does such a good job of listening to his customers and making sure they leave happy! The prices are fair and the quality is great!
Top Nails is amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much Henry!! I gave a reference picture for what I wanted and he went above and beyond & added his own creative touch...which I loved. Nails are lightweight and shaped to perfection. Worst experience ever.nI called and made an appointment for two for pedicures.nI went to my appointment at the designated time. The lady at the front desk quickly stated “I don’t have you listed.” I showed the lady my call log with the call documented... She continued to just say “we are full right now.”nI absolutely 100% spoke with someone to book an appointment AT this business’ phone number.nThe customer service of the lady at the front desk was horrible to say the least. She did not try to remedy the situation. She basically called us liars.nLast time at this establishment.
Loved it, the pedicure was was amazing. I am looking for a place that doesn't have an altar, unfortunately, I noticed one to buddha as i was leaving. Can not go back and I'm sad about that. Mimi was great though and very attentive.
