This has happened two times now. We come here and they make us sit, but don’t tell us any wait time or how long it might be.nAnd then after they have 5 people waiting for an hour, someone comes in that has pre-reserved a slot. Why would you take reservations? If I have been waiting for over an hour IN PERSON, it is not fair for someone to cut the whole line. That needs to stop. There also needs to be someone at the front desk at all times, it is INCREDIBLY rude for them to answer the phone during a phone call. You guys need to hire someone to take care of the front desk, talking to customers, checking out customers and making a list of people that are waiting. There’s a lot that they could be doing to be better. Work on it.

Great job working out the muscle pain and stiffness in my back. She is not for the faint of heart because she her deep tissue really IS deep tissue and I loved it! I’ll be back soon!

I've been here for the first time about a month ago with my dad and I have not stop going back ever since. I work a very physically demanding job which leaves me sore from head to toe, but since I've been stopping by here weekly I've noticed tremendous differences in not only my flexibility but also my energy levels. I've also had some pain in my right foot for a while but after visiting Helen's Bodywork, that pain feels non-existent. I absolutely love the setting of this place! It is very clean and relaxing here, with great music and pleasant staff members. They are very polite and know exactly how to get your blood flowing. Highly recommended!

Since 2004, I've underwent four lumbar spinal surgical procedures to include two lumbar laminectomy procedures, spinal fusion (L5-S1 vertebrae) and most recently a lumbar spinal discectomy procedure (L3-L4 vertebrae) in 2019. I will be 59-years old in December 2020 and the agonizing pain I deal with on a daily basis at times is unbearable. I've gone to Helen's Bodywork twice for an hour-long therapeutic massage. Once complete, I could not believe it. 100% pain FREE !! I will most definitely go back to Helen's Bodywork again and MOST HIGHLY Recommend them !!
