I did quite a bit of research prior to visiting Mattress Firm in Hagerstown, MD and must say that I was impressed with knowledge and professionalism of the sales representative Justin Walls. Based on my requirements Justin was able to match me with the perfect adjustable bed. Mattress Firm even gave me a 10% military discount showing they really support our veterans. Easiest bed purchase I’ve ever experienced.

Mattress Firm products are garbage. A little over a year and a half ago, I spent 5000 on a complete queen bed. Last week I had to replace the mattress because the one I purchased with the bed is shot, and good luck getting it to be replaced. Read the fine print. There's always a stipulation. Today the adjustable bed stop working, and there no place that sales a replacement control box. (The warranty only covers that item for a year). Except for eBay, and they are sold out. That should give a clue on how often the control boxes go bad.
