Trent was wonderful to work with and helped with all of our needs after a long search for the right furniture. We were able to get a sofa and a bunk bed to two delighted little girls. Everything went very smoothly. Prices were great and quality was fantastic. I would recommend to everyone I know.

The store and its employees are great!!!! We had our furniture delivered to our new home and they did a great job; Although our sofa was delivered with a hole in the arm of it and we are waiting over a week now for a resolution. I do love the furniture and would recommend this store. They have great prices.

Trent was instrumental in finding us an excellent deal on our budget for a couch and love seat! He was transparent about pricing and gave us solid expectations within the uncertainty of the COVID-19 delivery delays and shortages. We appreciate his patience as we gathered together our finances as well.nnThe two women who sat at the office was also incredibly kind and helpful. We were witness to an upset and verbally aggressive customer, who was downright rude to them. They both handled themselves with undying professionalism amidst adversity, and kept their cool throughout, and should be commended for their composure.

On November 14, 2020, I took delivery of a living room set I bought totaling $3,432.97 (including long term insurance). And on 3/5/2021 I noticed the cloth cover was shedding. On 3/6/2021, I took the cushion with its cloth cover to the store where I purchased the furniture. The representative at the store was polite and helpful. She took all my information, including the picture of the cloth shedding and told me she would forward it to the customer service for issue resolution. On 3/14/2021, I got an email from the sales representative at the store informing me a service ticket has been created and she told me they would be reaching out to me.nnThe next day, I got a voice message from the service department asking me to send them a picture of the shedding and to call them without leaving any name to ask for. I sent them the picture. When I called back several times, the voice mail tells me to enter the extension for the person I was looking for. I was not giving a name. Nor was the voice mail allowing me to go to the operator.nnOn about 3/12/2021, I received email from the service department, telling me that they could not do anything for me because the damage appears to be from wear and tear. I was totally flabbergasted and furious; wondering how a brand new furniture just barely four months old could be damaged from wear and tear. I called them again and again, and could not talk to anybody or leave a message.nnSo my advice to everybody is to be careful with this business.

Stopped in store on the fly found some beautiful contemporary furniture!! The sales rep, Trent, was professional, friendly, and helpful without being pushy. Overall great experience!
