We purchased two bedroom sets today. Kim called us a few hours later and confirmed our order and clearly explained the process for scheduling delivery. She was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. I am very pleased with our experience this far and am eager to see our furniture! I would highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture. This review is in reference to the great sales experience I had with Susan Bennett who is an Office Associate who works out of the Mays Landing, NJ location. I called the general sales number to place my order over the phone since my wife and I knew exactly which bedroom set we wanted. I was fortunate enough that my call was routed to Susan. From the very beginning, Susan was very friendly and knew what she was doing. Not only was she efficient, but was very accommodating with answering all my questions. Where Susan sets herself apart is the fact that she makes herself available to you AFTER the sale is completed. She makes an effort to provide post sale customer service and her follow up is phenomenal. If you call her and she is not available, you can bet that you will receive a call back from Susan. She truly appreciates her customers and we appreciate her making this a pleasant buying experience with Bob's. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mary Ann on the phone about a purchase I'd like to make. I was pleasantly surprised her knowledge about all aspects of the mattresses I was interested in, and there were a lot. She was patient, empathetic, courteous and very respectful. If I owned a business, I'd be ecstatic having such great reviews. She's a good worker and should be recognized as such. Thank you
