Got my dining table in 3 weeks as promised. Delivery was fast and they showed up right on time. Had an issue with the legs on some chairs not being level. Value City had a repair man come out quickly and repair the issue. Very happy with their service and will be back for further purchases. Love my dining set!

Love the quality of the furniture but most of all the customer service and experience has been excellent and exceeded expectations. Val was so helpful and prompt and just a phenomenal sales representative. Even when we received our unit and we had questions she had always taken the time to provide guidance. We will definitely be using their services again. We look forward in seeing you again Val.

We worked with Valerie to get furniture for our house and she is just phenomenal and so dedicated!! She truly went above and beyond to make sure our family was satisfied and that we got everything we wanted. She even tracked down pieces that weren't in store to make sure we got everything. We had a lot of pieces and she did an amazing job tracking everything until we got it all. Even after the purchase, she stayed in contact with us for any questions or help we needed. Literally the best sales associate we've ever encountered anywhere!! Just can not say enough about her, you rock Valerie!!!

Gail is an amazing staff member! She took her time with us and did not rush nor push any furniture onto us. We had a great experience here and are very excited for our furniture to come in. The prices and quality here are amazing. I will definitely recommend value city furniture to everyone! Right when you walk in ask for Gail! She will see your vision and get you exactly what you want!

I walked in already knowing exactly what I wanted but it was unfortunately not available in store. Eric quickly located the item and had several days and several ways ready as options to ship it to me however was best for my life and schedule. Eric made the process so easy!!
