We greatly appreciate all of Rodney's, a sales associate, help this weekend in purchasing our new sofa, end tables and ottoman. He was helpful, attentive, but not pushy. He spent a lot of his time with us, provided helpful knowledge and helped make the experience pleasant. When we were ready to buy he helped us get the best deal they had. Highly recommend Rodney and Amanda who helped finalize all the paperwork in customer service. Will be back when we need our next piece of furniture!

My experience has been exceptional from purchase to delivery. I bought a dining set, area rug, and sectional sofa . Greg was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Vanessa is so personable and a delight to talk to. She arranged my delivery and gave me updates on my order. Aaron is the store manager who also checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was so kind and polite and always willing to take care of me. Edwin and Marvin delivered my furniture. They made sure to place everything exactly where I wanted it. They were very careful not to make a mess in my house because it was muddy outside from the recent snow.nI will definitely be returning to Ashley for my furniture and decorating needs. These people have gone above and beyond.

Greg and Brandon helped my mom and I find the perfect furniture for our new home. Rain was also very friendly at the service rep desk. They made the process fast and easy. We will definitely be coming back for our future furniture needs!

Visited the Hagerstown location and the service was excellent. Rodney is a great salesman who personalizes the experience and listens to your item needs and expectations. He went the extra mile and found the color, style and price range I was looking for. Taylor is a very professional customer service representative who explains the closing and delivery process in great detail. She was sincere in insisting I call with any questions. Keep up the great work team!

We had an amazing experience today at Ashley! Our sales associate Janine was very patient & extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help us make the right choice for our new furniture purchase! Taylor was also very efficient and helped us make the best decision at checkout! We are super excited to get our new furniture! There’s nothing like leaving somewhere and feeling good about your purchase! The sales manager was also very helpful & personable! We felt like we worked with a team of people who wanted to help us! So powerful in these trying times! They were also super safe & made sure we were comfortable & social distanced at all times!
