I am so disappointed and upset with my daughter's cake. It's her 10th birthday and I had went a day ahead to let them know what I wanted. It really wasn't that much! I go to pick it up and the banner/decorated rice paper was completely peeled off on 1 side. They also had a huge overlap right on the side where it said Happy 10th Birthday. It was supposed to be ready the evening before. I called this morning and they hadn't even started it yet...the young girl there told me I'd have to wait till tomorrow to get another one. Didn't really have time for that so just got her to print out a banner so I could fix it myself. Definitely wouldn't recommend getting anything custom. Really wish I could include a couple pictures....
