Very well done french style pastry. Very light and flaky. Delicious flavor. Some items not as sweet as similar american versions, but that's consistent with international style pastries. A little on the pricey side, but very good.
Ordered a cake from there this weekend, it was my first time ordering so I was skeptic but when I walked in to pick up, the buttery pastry smell hit me, the gentleman working there were nice, & the cake looked great.. and even better it tasted great! A lot of people were asking where I got my cake from. Thank you Safron Bakery!
My daughter bought me a Norwegian Princess cake from there. I've been wanting one since I seen one on the Great British Baking Show and it.was absolutely delicious I loved it. Could not have been more happy it made my birthday great.
Ordered a cake for a birthday celebration- almond cake, lemon filling, and italian buttercream. It was DELICIOUS! The cake was light and flavorful. Everyone loved it! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be ordering again! :)
The wife and me stop here about once a week. We've tried and the different kinds of spice cake in the showcase. Can't pick out a favorite as they are all good. Wish they had a bigger selection to try.
