I have been to many Woodhouse Spas across the country because I love the franchise but this one was one of the best and Mira was the best massage therapist that I have had. I am a doctor of physical therapy and her knowledge and techniques were so impressive. She is amazing. She pays attention to detail and takes pride in what she does. You can tell that this is her passion. I will definitely be using her services again. Great location overall.

My massage experience at Woodhouse Day Spa was simply amazing. The staff and service was outstanding. They are truly professionals, the facility clean and sanitized, and they adhere to the social distancing guidelines. My massage therapist was Melvy and she made me feel like a new person. Great experience and will go back very soon.

While the ambience and facilities are incredibly beautiful, I was quite underwhelmed by my visit. I went with a friend for her birthday. There was no real personalization or acknowledgment during check-in. I found it pretty distasteful that only select people are given robes and lockers. You’re paying money for what is supposed to be a top notch establishment but you’re sitting in the quiet room thinking why does the quality of my full experience matter less than others?nI understand it could be a covid regulation but perhaps explain this to the guests? And trying to extend this accommodation for people who are coming for celebrations and/ or first time guests would be a nice sentiment.nMy massage was VERY mediocre. I’d give it a 4. While the pressure was good, I didn’t feel like he was very knowledgeable. He seemed to be missing a lot of my knots and there was a lot of just plain rubbing. Very little leg work and A LOT of stretching. I did not book a sports treatment.nFinally, there seemed to be a lot of disorganization between the front desk and therapists. Lots of misdirection from the front desk to visitors and the therapists looking for the client for their appointment.nThe champagne was nice and it did feel clean and COVID friendly but I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere (even during COVID).

This was my first spa experience post-COVID 19 and I left Woodhouse Day Spa feeling like a NEW human! The entire staff were extremely welcoming and respectful of social distancing and keeping everyone safe. I went to see Michelle for THE WOODHOUSE SIGNATURE MINKYTI which was absolutely incredible!! I will absolutely be going back pre-holiday season for a refresh!
