Do not use this company! They are totally unprofessional and unethical. The owner, Don is a complete jerk! They basically stole money from a friend of mine. The friend of mine gave them a large deposit to build a pool, some permits were not able to be obtained (permits they were supposed to get), and it took a year and actually having to sue them to only get a small portion of his money back.They did absolutely no work, classic bait and switch. They basically stole his money.....criminal! Use any other company but this one to build your pool, they will steal your money

I work directly with Rich L, he is awesome, highly recommend calling and requesting to work directly with him. He is very experienced, has fair pricing, and meets his deadlines provided. They tend to be a little backed up on work, but is well worth the wait, typically people who do good work in the pool industry are very busy.

I had 5 local pool companies bid my pool last summer and from the start Sunrise was absolutely the best I dealt with , from their salesman Scott to the office staff Sherry to the foreman in the field Pat they delivered on every aspect of my pool installation. I could not be happier the quality and customer service was and is awesome . Whenever I have any question or need pool advice they continue to assist me with no questions asked , I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Baltimore region looking to install an in-ground pool to check them out.

Just recently had a pool built (summer 2016) and really like how it turned out. Sunrise addressed all my top priorities (extra excavation, concrete shell, powerful pump and filter, salt-water generator) with enough leftover in my budget for a hot-tub.nnWe ran into many challenges with my house, but each contractor found a solution for every problem, and Sunrise didn't miss a beat each time the schedule changed. Everyone at Sunrise was knowledgeable and responsive as I called them constantly with my questions and concerns. I'm already recommending Sunrise to other people.
