My visit for the Ultimate Mani and Ultimate Pedi was perfect from the time I made my appointment to the time my service was complete. First, I was shocked that my requested time was confirmed with no adjustment, and the directions to reach the Spa were provided. Upon arrival, customers are given a warm lavender and spearmint-infused cloth for hand-cleaning. Helps to move you to a spa-like mood! Then the service is delivered expertly in a welcoming environment. Dana was my manicurist —- most professional. Check-out was effortless as payment may be left on the card on file. A wonderful experience that i would recommend to everyone. Without question.

A much needed day at the spa! Whitney was amazing and the facial she gave me was one of the best ones I've ever received. My face felt so refreshed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! I need one of the chairs from the relaxation room in my house and office! Will definitely be returning.

I recently had a facial and eyebrow service by Whitney (who is AMAZING). This is one of the best facials I've ever had. I definitely recommend the entire team at the new Spa at the Hotel UMD.

I can't say enough about my relaxing, and just completely amazing experience at The Spa. My 5-Star experience started even before my arrival, while scheduling my same day birthday appointment. The receptionist reassured me of COVID-safety measures, and provided such clear directions for parking and accessing The Spa, 4th Floor of the Hotel. Once I arrived, I immediately recognized her welcoming voice and felt ushered into my spa experience. Whitney did my facial, and it was nothing short of excellent. I felt completely comfortable, and the shoulder massage was a place. Whitney also educated me about how to continue my at-home care. Dana was my pedicurist, and I didn't want to leave her chair! It was 50 min - 1 hour total, and she was completely reassuring and very gentle!! I'm trying to book appointments for my husband and pre-teen's birthdays too!! Can't recommend The Spa enough!!!
