Everything about my experience with Spay Spa & Neuter Nook was seamless, safe and efficient. The staff I spoke with and encountered (at least 3) the day of my appointment were caring, professional and helpful! Booking the appointment, filling out registration paperwork and paying for the deposit & balance was all easy and done online or via email. Highly recommend for services and to donate! Great place, great staff & great mission! Thank you all!
Amazing!nnWhat an absolutely amazing establishment. The price is so accessible and the care they provide is top notch. They were flexible and understanding with me, and they took SUCH good care of my Sally girl. Can’t recommend enough!
The staff were so nice and made sure I was informed on what to expect for my cat's procedure and recovery. They answered all of my questions and I felt like he was in great hands. I got an update call after he was finished (a while before pickup time) and just the whole process that day was very easy. It's been a few days, and my cat is doing just great and is healing really well. Highly recommend!

We just added 2 rescue kittens to our farm and this is our first experience with Spay & Spa Neuter Nook. What an amazing charity and group of caring and professionals! They were kind enough to schedule both kittens to be neutered on the same day so that we could manage their recovery easier at home at the same time. They were so organized at the drop-off time and pick-up, more businesses should follow their model and procedures! We will be changing our MD Charities Campaign donations to Spay Spa & Neuter Nook! Wish we could do more! Now our kids are looking forward to being of age to volunteer there. Thank you all for all you do for the AA county fur babies!
