I’m a current client and had success with a previous service and the consultation I had with the second service was very informative. I spoke with someone named Julie and she was very pleasant and professional. It was via Zoom and I felt like my information was still confidential from scheduling the call to signing documents and the payment process. and I enjoyed the consultation session. Payment options help make it more accessible. I would recommend anyone to check out and get a free consultation at least.
I did a free laser hair removal consultation over Zoom during my lunch break. Logan was very personable and kind. I looked completely crazy in the middle of my day, working from home and she made me feel very comfortable! She gave me all the info I need and also explained some more technical things I was previously unaware of. I got the package I wanted at a great price :) I haven't had any treatments yet but I am excited for what's to come.
The Hanover office is absolutely amazing!!!!!! My appointment was somehow cancelled, and I was super upset because I couldn’t get in for another 2 months. They were able to work with providers to make sure that my treatments were done. Not only were they friendly, but they were efficient as well.nnPam was FANTASTIC and so easy to work with during the treatment. I want to try and make sure to schedule my next one with her again!

Courtney was very knowledgeable and fast! Her services were awesome! I did not feel much pain and was very professional! Will definitely book with her from now on. I left feeling happy and satisfied from having laser hair removal LOL!
