She has a keen sense of reality & enables you to look younger & refreshed vs a person with exaggerated or fake features. The spa presents a clean , attractive & relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always congenial & goes above & beyond to accommodate. This includes their impressive Covid safety precautions.Mary the RN who completes many of the treatments is highly competent. With Dr. Pacheco advising the treatment , Mary is an expert in their delivery. All efforts are made to enhance & improve your appearance. From the moment you enter this spa you will be impressed by the professionalism plus positive energy exhibited by Laura , Kayla , Molly, Michelle, & Rose.nI give this MED SPA the highest of ratings . I've been getting fillers and botox from Dr. Pacheco for almost 10 years. Her expertise and artistic talent is why I trust her abilities and why I highly recommend her. I love Dr. Elba Pacheco!

I go to Dr. Pacheco's office for cosmetic procedures . First of all everything is always clean, front desk stuff are very welcoming and accommodating . Dr. Pacheco is the best with all cosmetic fillers and injections. She is very conservative with not overdoing it. Several of my friends never considered lip fillers until they saw Dr.Pacheco work on me. She is like an artist . Nothing but an enhanced natural look.

If you’re looking for a place to feel beautiful with professional quality, this is not the place! Think twice before going here. I initially went this spa because I figured a Doctor would be best to address the tear trough area. Dr Pacheco has zero concern for client satisfaction. All she wants is a sale. She bruised me on each injection and it did not fade for 10 days. I get fillers and Botox elsewhere and have never bruised in my life (been getting injections for years). This was my first negative experience ever. She left my tear trough not only uneven but a HUGE vein popped under my eye. When I went back to see what she could do, she said nothing. I asked for her to refund me some of the money since I spent over $3k between that and Thermage and her response was “oh is that why you’re here and called staff into the room”. For over an hour I tried to explain how I paid money and was very dissatisfied with my service and if other people there spend $3000 and leave with uneven filler and a huge vein under their eye, they’d be too. Poor poor Service she could’ve cared less. I will be spending the rest of my week working with an attorney to resolve this matter. It will cost me more money in legal fees but I don’t feel she should have this approach to people who are trying to improve themselves and definitely not someone who is running a spa where you’re supposed to relax and enjoy the service you are getting. I hope this review and the legal actions make her reflect about how she treats her clients AND Most importantly how she delivers her services

HORRIBLE PLACE! Dr.Pacheco is far from being a well conducted professional who cares about her patients and their ending result. She failed to take away the dark circles of a friend of mine - after stating she would fix them - and did not bother to return the money back for doing A HORRENDOUS JOB. I do not recommend her as she doesn’t care about you as a patient who wants to look better. She only cares about your money and will keep it no matter what the end result is!
