The place is huge!! I love the way they have tucked the stylist stations around so you do not feel like you are in an assembly line. Very clean and super precautionary about COVID. Staff at check in and check out were super friendly and my stylist, Debbie. was great too. Great job on the cut and easy to talk with!

Went to Robert Andrew for my first facial and it was amazing! I had Nina, she was so polite and took her time. She recommended some products that wasn't too pricey. I will definitely be going back for another service.

The men’s zone services have significantly gone downhill with the departure of their skilled barber staff. The signature use of a real razor to do sideburns and the neckline are gone, as is the attention to detail that I had come to expect. I had to demonstrate to the stylist how to show me the back of my head, as he had no idea how to do so. The manager helped to straighten out a bad haircut, but the poor service and performance of their only men zone stylist has me searching for a new barber.

I really like going to Robert Andrews, but today during the checkout I was agitated that I was asked to provide credit card information for future visits because of a problem they are having with people scheduling appointments and not showing up for the appointment. I always confirm my appointments and have never cancelled an appointment in the two months I have been going to the salon. Even though I did leave my credit card information reluctantly, I am very uncomfortable with doing this procedure. I am a good customer, but I am bordering on finding a new salon. If there is an issue with people not keeping appointments, you penalize that person and not regular customers who have no history of reneging on appointments.
