Quinton was very helpful and knowledgeable. He greeted us right away and gave my wife and I space to look around and decide what we wanted. He let us know where he would be when we were ready. He was there through the entire process, answered our questions and went above and beyond his duties. Steve Miller was a great professional representative! He was very patient, personal and patient. He is very knowledgeable and very experienced. He explained everything thoroughly and took his time. Emmanuel was very friendly from the moment I walked into the store. He gave me time and space to look around yet checked in frequently enough to answer questions and provide suggestions. He patiently waited for me to make a decision. After I purchased a reclining sofa (that I had not originally planned) he assisted with the delivery and made sure it was working properly. I was pleased that he was able to work it out so I could leave that day with a power reclining sofa. I'm very pleased with the service.nnI also am very pleased with Tyrone and Justin who assisted when I picked up items. They were both helpful and kind. Thanks to all of you!
I visited numerous furniture stores in November hoping to find a reasonable deal and to try out some sofas that saw online. When I arrived at the Value City Catonsville location, I was greeted upon entry and browsed for just a short period of time before I was assisted. I found Mr. Marvin to be very helpful with selection, informative about the products, and patient while I decided. Delays with delivery were explained right from the very beginning, which I understood and appreciated being informed about. That first day, I left without making a purchase. As a courtesy, I was provided an emailed quote with the items I was interested in so that I would not miss out on the specific promotional pricing. I made my way back to the store about a week later (the quote was honored for up to 2 weeks). I made the purchase and even decided to add in an additional piece of furniture, which they priced under the same promotion, although it was technically over...a generous discount. Overall, it was a pleasant customer service experience and I look forward to enjoying my new furniture! Thank you Mr. Marvin!
