They are to smart and everything I called to ask them about my delivery and the store manager was talking smart so I ended the call and I called today and she said that she’s canceling my order because I was smart I end the call because I was about to get smart and everything just like her but they need to do something with the people in that store like ASAP

I wish I could give this place zero stars! Customer service? ZERO! I rented a fridge from them, I made a phone call so that I could pay it off and own it, a lady answered the phone and informed me that I no longer needed to pay for it because I missed 3 payments and it went to collections. A month later and I got a visit from Aaron’s saying I needed to pay them. I had a feeling that they may have been trying to pocket the money so I refused and had to contact headquarters which gave me zero closure to this problem!!!!
The sales and customer service representatives were excellent. Professional and helpful. It went much faster than we thought. I would recommend this to anyone looking to rent
