We were greeted cordially and guided thoughtfully by Melissa through the process of choosing a love-seat . She presented a variety of helpful alternative choices while honoring the tentative decisions we had already made. The pricing was fair and we were reassured to know that the furniture we bought could be protected by a reasonable service contract and warranty. All in all, an excellent experience.
My daughter and I just went into La-Z-Boy just to take a look at sectionals. We were going to be buying something in the next 8 months. We were not in a rush. There we met Alan, who was so knowledgeable and friendly. You can’t help but like him. He took his time with us, even though he knew we were not ready to buy. He walked us through the store, answering all of our questions. There was a big sale on and I told him I would try to bring my husband back to look. We went back a week later and met with Alan again. He answered all my husband’s questions and we decided to buy right then. Alan helped us pick out our fabrics and suggested options for pillows. He does not give you the hard sell. He makes you aware of all your options and let’s you make the decisions. I highly recommend anyone in the Annapolis area searching for furniture to go in and ask for Alan. You will never regret it. Betsy had been a dream to work with. We contacted her several months ago when we were first looking at couches. We had a few unexpected expenses that came up at our house that delayed our purchase and Betsy was so patient with us.nnWhen I went into your showroom, I was amazed at how many options you had. The couches we looked at were of such high quality and I can see why my sister recommended you.nnShe furnished her entire living room and it looks spectacular. Melissa was attentive but also willing to leave us to wander mad consider. I was in the store once to look and got a price quote. Did more shopping in other stores but could find anything that offered as many options or another salesperson that I enjoyed working with. Just wish there weren’t going to be such a long wait for delivery.
Went last night to purchase a new recliner. Hopefully bought a really nice power recliner. Time will tell the gentleman at the Annapolis store was great in showing us all the choices. A little disappointed the chair won't arrive until middle of June. But that's sort of the world we live in these days.
