Furniture is great as expected, but giving 5 stars because sales staff was excellent. Denny and Daniel were a joy to work with...very helpful and patient with me.
This review is about the quality of the furniture. The people who work at the store are great. The quality of this furniture is not always what you pay for. My chairs were described as leather, but the first layer began to chip and peel away after about 5 years. They look so bad I can't give them away. Their concierge customer service was not helpful. Other furniture I bought there was fine but I wouldn't go back knowing they don't stand behind their product. To be fair I didn't contact them until the chairs were older but they said they don't warranty fabric or leather. Case closed. I only hoped for a discount on new chairs but got nothing.

Love furniture and experience!nWe worked with Vera on two separate occasions, she is AWESOME, highly recommend working with her! She helped us find an amazing American made sofa set for our living room and a beautiful Italian made dining set.nThe living room furniture has been in our home for two years now and we love it even more with every passing day! The double chair has a sleeper with an air topper and we use it every time someone stays over. It is so simple and quick to pull out and put away. But the best part is the quality, comfort and warranties!nAnd even though it's a bit of a hike for us, we will definitely make another trip to Annapolis location to see Vera!
