Customer service is wonderful. Ms.Glendora is very friendly, courteous and professional. The only problem I have is the initial hold time, it's always about five to ten minutes.

Taking leaves to anne arundel recycling off burns crossing road. For the 3 time outta 5 during the past 6 months I have to get weighted and go down the hill for 2 trash cans and 3 bags of leaves. Totally unacceptable. I will be leaving them for curbside pickup.
