I just needed to share that my experience with Glen Haven Memorial Park started 21 years ago when my husband and I decided to pre-plan our burial. The experience then was fabulous… Many years went by, and unfortunately now we have had to use those benefits. During a time of extreme emotional pain and grief, I will say that I am so grateful God lead us to a Glen Haven Memorial Park. Delores has been an angel helping me through everything that was needed with compassion and kindness. The funeral service most certainly not what we expected due to the pandemic, but it was still very special. God bless you Delores for all you do! I am grateful for the new management of Glen Haven Memorial Park. I am proud to call that my forever home.❤ufe0fud83dudc94ud83dude4f

You would think that a business that deals with people who are grieving and vulnerable would employ people who are caring, respectful and responsive. Such is not the case with Glen Haven Memorial Park. The only thing they care about is getting their commission. After they got our money, they could care less if what they promise is taken care of. How many time are they going to say it's not my fault before the problems are taken care of. How do you give a minus 5 star rating? This program make us give at least 1 star.

Update - They agreed to pay the expenses from this incident which was a kind gesture, but landscaping management needs to improve so this doesn’t happen again. Original 1 star review below:nnJust came here with my fiancée to find her grandparents, since we just moved here together. As soon as she finds them she runs over a deceivingly large gap and may have torn a ligament, all from coming here to do an innocent activity during these trying times. This horribly maintained park deserves it’s rating because it’s evident you don’t give a sh*t about your landscaping, or your visitors. Thanks for making us spend our Sunday at urgent care. She’s stuck on crutches until further notice and I will likely have to drive her around, missing work.
