Their products are 5 star, but there are improvements they could make logistically when it's busy. For example, attempting to use the technology used to track orders to also help them track who's here and when they got there. If that's not possible, they should get a technology that allows them to do so. The initial buy in is worth the payout in efficiency. Have people call when they get there and note down their order number. Then, either have them come to the door or wait for curbside service as appropriate. This will allow the line for people who don't have orders to be shorter and move faster.
This was my first time visiting this bakery and I was very impressed. I went first thing in the morning (10am) and there was already a line! Everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful. I got a dozen cupcakes for my coworkers and one cupcake for my son. Everyone loved them! Will definitely be back!
I’m absolutely baffled by the one stars!! I LOVE this bakery, My daughter and I come in almost every weekend and get cupcakes, coco bombs, cookies are even chocolate covered pretzels! These cupcakes are amazing and the entire team is just as much amazing! I can assure you I have been coming here since 2017 and never had a bad cupcake experience! I love the owners, Bill and Michelle, and their entire staff!! They’re number one in my book!!! If I could give 10 stars I would to make up for the 1 stars!
