Metro by T-Mobile

This store is terrible I bought a phone got home to get into my account but couldn't because I needed a pin so I called metro PC's to get it cause I didn't know it because I didn't even set a account pin up yet for it so they asked for the zip code I gave them my zip code but they say it's incorrect so whatever this clown did was incorrect now I can't get into my account

Horrible customer service! I got a used phone that I was told was new. The key to open it was not in the box. I was not asked if I wanted to purchase a SD Card. I got a bad charger and was charged for another one. They don't take accountibility for their actions when they are wrong.nnI'm considering going to T Mobile or back to Sprint.

Place is a scam! Originally was with other phone company and would get a discount for switching and free smartphone with activation so me and my husband got a family plan to save $10, we got $60 plans plus $30 activation/sim, and phone cases I thought it would run around $230... Nope! There were all kinds of fees and the total came close to $300. Then I dropped my phone and sim card was damaged so I went to same store to replace and was told I could not receive another chip until after 90 days. I use my phone for work and jobs so was desperate to replace it. I then was told that if I got another phone I wouldnt be able to add it with my husband's account and we would both lose our numbers, which we have both had for a long time! So he switched to a cheap plan and continued to pay for both lines, and I got a replacement. Went to Metro PCS in Chalmette and was told the opposite! They replaced my chip and now my phone is working and experienced great service. Gave the other phone I was stuck with to my daughter, so I guess it wasn't a total loss.

the best employers evernthey have the best customer service , i walked in to the store very angry about my phone was acting up and i wanted to return it , but because of the two employers with a big smile on there faces they got me to buy a new phone and i was happy about it ...ni advise any one wants a phone or pay a bill please go to 5991 bullard ave ,70128nask for joe and ot

Employees weren't too well familiar with the corporate offerings. I think he was trying to overcharge me just for trying to make a payment..
