I went in for a refill and to remove/repair 1 nail. First of all they wanted to charge me $85 just for that service. I asked if she could just remove the polish and just do a solid pink without a design and she told me no because the red that was under my nails would show through. I figure if that's what I want then just oblige me. I mean they are my nails. That was a charge of $50. So I asked how much just to remove my polish and she said $10. I don't know if this place just pulls prices from their backside or what but I will never go there again. I have told all of my friends about the fiasco and they said that they will never set foot in this establishment again. Poor service is an understatement to say the least.
Always a pleasant atmosphere. In and out in no time at all. Nails always look great!
Love, love, love fantastic nails in Iowa! Jessica and Tim are just the best! I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done! They take their time with you and they don't rush you out the door! And Tim's mother is just the best at pedicures O man I just love her to do my feet! I will always be a repeat customer!
Walked in after sitting about 5 min. The same lady who said just have a seat came and tried to sell me a mask. I declined and she said I couldn't wait inside. Everyone SITTING SIDE BY SIDE BUT I HAD TO GO WAIT OUTSIDE AFTER DECLINING TO PURCHASE MASK FROM HER. I TOOK MY MONEY/BUISNESS ELSEWHERE.
Love the vibe that came from the guy, the 2 older ladies, well let's just say they need to learn how to be cordial ..But I will be returning to let him or his wife do my nails
