Greetings!nnI give Home Furniture a 4 star only because my mother-in-law and I weren’t greeted upon Arrival. It’s like the employees pick and choose who they want to help.nWe remained POSITIVE and proceeded to look at the beautiful furniture that was on display.nAs we proceeded to the clearance section Mr. David cheerfully asked if we have been helped! His customer service was Exceptional and he was very knowledgeable of the current sales.
We've done business with Home Furniture many times over the years. They have never disappointed us. We visited them today in order to replace our furniture lost due to Hurricane Laura. In fact, most of the furniture that we lost was originally purchased from Home Furniture. The service was excellent. We were greeted, given a card, and then allowed to look through everything without a salesperson hounding us. Our salesperson would pop in and check on us and then leave us alone. I like that. Once we made our decisions, we were quickly taken care of and told to let them know about a week before we needed everything delivered since our home is still being worked on at the moment. I highly recommend Home Furniture.
Lake Charles location is the best. Jacob Austin and the rest of the team are awesome! I got the Martha King bedroom set. That set is gorgeous! And awesome price too. And the whole team from the person answering the phone, sales, the person that called to schedule the delivery and the delivery guys are first class all the way. I know where I am going when I update my livingroom set! Never going anyplace else. Thank you all for the great service.
Customer service was excellent! I spoke with the salesman Jacob over the phone before going meet him at the store. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice lady at the door. Jacob did a wonderful job helping me pick out everything I needed and was very friendly and professional! If I need anything again, I definitely will be back!
I was so glad Home Furniture had reopened here in Lake Charles. They were destroyed, as was my home, by Laura and Delta. They got repaired, up and running quickly. I needed a small dining room table for this rental house at a reasonable price. I found one! I told my salesperson, Jay Moon, what I needed and he showed me what they had in that size. I’m getting it tomorrow. Nice table and chairs, good price. Will be back when I need anything else once my house is finished.
