HAD ANOTHER MATRESS IN MIND I TOLD THIS PERSON 5 TIMES I NEED JUST A FULL SIZE HE SAID 90 $ sent a friend with my card he told them the TWIN WAS 90 THIS MATTRESS is horrible I figured for 90 I could get an egg crate at LEAST
Very rude. Asked the MANAGER to give me some general information about a couch because I havent seen it in person and he refused to tell me about unless I gave him more information. After I said I just need to know how it feels and if its comfortable and then he still refused to give information and I said id like to speak to someone else you're rude he said sorry and hung up. That is absolutely ridiculous. Ive never met a salesman who cant take a sku number and explain the product they are selling that is absolutely lazy.
