This is the distribution center for the FedEx trucks. Only came here to drop off haz box that the regular FedEx drop off wouldn't take. They just need a larger sign for Drop Off. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.

This facility is holding a package of ours because they say our offices are not open. Our offices are open and attached are some photos of not only other companies making deliveries but annother FedEx ground truck making deliveries. They said they placed our package in a trailor with 2000 items and refuse to send them or open the trailer until the end of the month. I orginally noticed online that the delivery was delayed a day, so I called FedEx to see if I could pick up my package at this loaction. They said yes, so I went to the location and was told the above. I then called FedEx and they said they couldn't do anything because this facility can do what they want. If I do a RTS (which won't get to the shipper until next month) I will receive a $350 restocking fee. FedEx won't pay for that or a rush shiping fee if I were to buy a new item. This facility has no concern for its customers and whoever is managing the place doesn't care either. Note: Lynn at the customer pick up desk was nice, I feel bad for her however because I can only imagine what her bosses are like.

Can anyone say sue this company for false advertising and missing there delivery locations and then holding packages from there owners when we all paid for our packages but then get spoiled pancakes weeks later or never but sorry for the inconvenience sir. SMH shame on you Fed- ex

This particular facility was lacking in clear signage to indicate where things are and how one does what is needed when you get there.nnI was dropping off an Express letter to be sent out; once I figured out where the entrance was, I went in to a small empty room except for a phone and small sheet with instructions to call a number for picking up a package - nothing else. Not having any other option, I called the number for picking up a package and just told that person I had something to drop off - she said she'd be right over. She came over, opened a window, took the envelope and closed the window - no talking. Weird! The UPS folks are always pleasant.
