I was disappointed with employee organization. I wanted a piece of furniture and, even though there were three extra employees at the front of the store, the cashier, who evidently was supposed to get the item out of the back, continued to wait on other customers, leaving me waiting for at least ten minutes. No one else relieved him at the register or offered to help me until I turned to walk out. At that point, another employee took very good care of me, which is why this rating is three stars instead of one.nEven if the three other employees were extremely busy, the optics were terrible.
LOVE this place. A Shreveport trip isn't complete without a stop here. Always clean, extremely friendly staff... can't wait to return!
Was thrown out for not wearing a mask, despite citing health concerns w/ wearing one. I understand concern for health, but this store is taking it to an extreme. My wife & I will not be shopping here in the future!
