I had the best experience with Patti and David. They came to my house took measurements, photos, and perfectly picked out some pieces and fabrics that we fell in love with. They made our shopping experience fun and easy and were super patient with us! Will definitely use this design service again.
To buy a quality piece of furniture is a big investment for me. I will admit I saw some negative reviews online but the positive reviews out weighed them significantly. So I took a chance. Start to finish my experience has been great. The sales associate that help me was very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and expected from the sofa and guided me in the right direction. She was not pushy or trying to up-sale me. It does take awhile for them to make and deliver the furniture but worth the wait. I will say my Sofa was not as expected but Lazy Boy agreed to replace it with minimal hassle. I will definitely continue to recommend Lazy Boy to anyone looking for quality furniture and a knowledgeable staff.
David greeted me like an elegant host. While selecting a chair at La-Z-Boy, we spent 2 hours including a 20 minute efficient payment and delivery scheduling process.nnI'm recovering from a serious car accident with neck, spine, and orthopedic injuries. I've been having a series of surgeries and recoveries, with neck fusion two days before Christmas when I'm released home, I need a chair that is comfortable and durable enough for me to sleep innnDavid guided me in trying chairs until I found one that was the most comfortable for me and cloth because I have cats.nnAs promised, the masked delivery gents called me at the stroke of 8:00AM, eager to deliver my chair, set it up, demonstrate it's use, and asked if I had questions. Fast, friendly, efficient, the entire enterprise. You'll pay top dollar, but I feel I got top notch service along with a top shelf product.
Patty was awesome in helping me make a purchase by phone. After giving her an idea of what I was looking for, she sent photos via text of chairs in stock & on sale. She even found the recliners my sister was looking for. Thanks Patty!
Jeremy was incredibly accommodating and helpful with my 81 year old Mother. I would highly recommend this location and salesman for any and all furniture needs.
