Our experience started out great. Found the furniture we wanted for our new home. We were told everything was in stock except the couch and it would be delivered a couple of weeks after the other furniture. It went bad when we went to set a delivery date after we closed on our home. We were told since it had been over 30 days only parts of the furniture were in stock and would have to be delivered over three separate deliveries. Also our salesman was very deceptive when showing us the kids bedroom set. It was shown on the floor with a chest of drawers, bed, dresser with mirror and nightstand. We were told everything in the room was part of the set. Now the chest of drawers is an extra 400 dollars and only one nightstand is included! We spent 6000 dollars and feel like we made a bad decision cause of how we were deceived and now inconvenienced with all these separate deliveries cause they sold our furniture while we were closing on our home! Would not recommend anyone to buy from them! This is ridiculous! How much do you have to spend to be treated like a valued customer??

Purchased washer and dryer: The sales people where nice however the salesman that I explained everything I wanted gave the sale to another salesman but failed to communicate that I needed the hoses and the dryer vent. Which is something I specifically said I needed. Then when I call to tell them of their error they let me know they will drop the vent off to me after I pay for it, but I paid for a professional install so that I wouldn’t have to install anything? On top of everything the installer put the washer where the dryer goes and so it’s difficult to open top of washer. Very dissatisfied with my professional installation will be calling again in the morning.

i had the pleasure of meeting Patricia Montgomery at Ivan Smith on Aug. 18 2020. My husband and i was looking for a bedroom set..This young lady was wonderful. We told her what we were looking for and she look us to the most beautiful Isabella queen Bedroom set . She was amazing. WE will always return to your stor #5. Ms montgfomery made our day. Thank you MS. Montgomery for such an amazing experience.
