Layaway is great! I have now purchased two items and the quality is fantastic. I wouldn't have been able to get them without layaway and it's nice to have a piece of furniture that is sturdy and made to last.
Tina was very helpful in making sure my online purchase went well. Even though one of the items I purchased wouldn’t be available for many weeks, she helped me find a better alternative that was even a bit cheaper than my original item and would arrive along with my other furniture. I received my furniture very quickly and it was professionally handled and set up by Thomas and Devin. Everyone was so helpful. I will definitely purchase from Ivan Smith again.
I got my couch delivered in a timely manner. The gentlemen that delivered where at my house in the first half of my delivery window.(I didn't have to hang around waiting.) And they were some respectable and friendly fellas. All around wonderful experience.
