They have the worst Customer Service ever,nThey only sent out 1/3 of my order, and it was damaged. They promised me that would the remaining order the following week and then nothing. No phone call no text. They just left me hanging. When I called the to find out what had happened they said they would call me back, they never did.

This has always been the worse location ever they call numerous times a day even when you have scheduled a payment on a certain day with them which lets me know there is a lack of communication going on within the store with employees. The merchandise is not brand new and they still want to charge high prices for there items. This last item my husband and I have with this company will be it! I will from now on forward be giving my money to conns appliances! And in a second note Especially with everything going on now so many people losing loved ones or getting sick themselves from this virus this company has NO compassion towards there customers and I’m not speaking on my behalf regarding this specific subject this is just as a human being I have seen so many other companies look out and let there customers know they are there for them from various gas electric phone companies so many but this company call call call God bless you all you don’t know what people may be going threw and you could possibly be adding more stress sometimes it’s not all about the money and God is showing that right now threw all of this.... have a heart smh

The best staff ever!! Very helpful, thoughtful and they care about you and your family. The furniture they care is very good high quality. I have a bedroom suite with them and the bed is used, but it’s in very good condition. Aarons has surpassed my expectations and will always have my business for years to come: Thanks y’all for an amazing experience!!

Store customer service is horrible. The only person who helped me was Taylor she is such a doll. But the manager Dave is rude as hell I called to return furniture because it wasn’t being used so he called and threatened me cause I wasn’t home when he wanted me to be there threatened to bring police to my home and all. This will be the first and last time Aaron’s will ever get my business
