Ivan Smith on Jewella in Shreveport, Louisiana, customer service representatives are phenomenal. The store manager, work with the store representatives to make sure the customer is priority throughout the entire sale process. Accountability, honesty, and building rapport, is this store status in my opinion. Mrs.Kim is remarkable. She works with her customers like you are family. Her relationship she build with her customers is more important than the sale. This is why I recommend many of my networking people to visit the store on Jewella in Shreveport.
