Not a fan of how we were deceived! We werenTold everything in the showroom for my daughters bedroom set was included but when it came to delivering the furniture, somehow the chest of drawers was not included and now a 400 dollar extra. Also we spent 6000 dollars on new furniture for our new home and because our delivery was over 30 days, the furniture we bought was sold and now we are still waiting for our furniture! At what dollar amount are you a valued customer? If I was told up front that the chest was not included, I would have purchased it! Be upfront and honest with your customer. We are grown ups and understand business and can handle the truth!
Our experience with Ivan Smith couldn't have been better. There were concerns following our purchase of a mattress and box spring set that were investigated and resolved. The sales manager was directly involved and kept us up to date with each step of the process. We are very satisfied with the product, service, and price of our purchase. We recommend Ivan Smith furniture to anyone needing home furnishings.
On Saturday, January 9, 2020 my family and I went to Ivan smith to purchase a bedroom set for my daughter. As we walked into the store we were promptly greeted by Ms. Amber Grant. After telling her what items I was looking for she escorted me directly to the bedroom set. She was very knowledgeable, professional and confident in answering all of my questions with ease. I have been a loyal customer to Ivan Smith since 2005 spending thousands of dollars over the years. This by far was the best experience over all. Amber was very attentive, listening to all of my decorating ideas and was able to make suggestions for other items. I will be returning soon to spend me with this young lady!
My partner and I stopped by just to check things out and look for a wardrobe. The salesman Obie showed us all the items that were on sale, he was very informative and pointed us exactly to what we were looking for. Obie even spoke with the manager to get us an outstanding deal on a beautiful all wood wardrobe!! This was our first time at Ivan Smith but we will definitely be back for any furniture needs!
Visited the new store on Bert Kouns in Shreveport.....beautiful furniture and accents! I was highly pleased with their service and attention. The guy who assisted me-Isiah was helpful and he didn't pressure me but allowed me the time to look and ask questions as needed.
