Don, and staff are more than helpful with service and sales, highly recommend for any fork truck needs
Had a service call and was told they could replace a part. They came back and told me they could not replace this part after nothing had changed. Got charged for two service calls where no work was done.nnI called to try and negotiate, explaining that the problem should have been found during the first visit.nnThe person I spoke with threatened to come to my shop and smash my car.nnThese are bad people.
Have rented forklifts on multiple occasions and never had any issues. They extended one rental where work scope increased without any problem.
