Took my dad's phone in to see what was wrong. It was a simple fix, where the sims card had came a little loose and the phone wouldn't work. The workers there were very helpful and sweet. Was able to get his phone up and running again. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
Allen was the greatest help! Everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and tries everything he can to get you the best deal. They were all very helpful and very nice people.

We waited 2 hours are our local Verizon and received no help. Then we drove to this location and found Savannah. She was amazing and quick. We ported in two number and got activated with Verizon within 40 minutes. We will only be using the location from now on. Thank you very much Savannah.
