I was greeted at the door buy a friendly gentleman who did a quick temperature check and made sure I was compliant for being in the store. He then directed me to a very friendly salesperson who helped me search for furniture. I didn't feel any pressure and I promised I would return to her if I was interested in what I had seen. It was a relaxed and easy shopping visit. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices for what I was looking at.

To whom it may concern: The sales associate Carole T. is exceptional. She made my experience at Bob's Furniture in Woburn an expeditious and easy affair. In addition to her distinguished professional aptitude, Carole also possesses a profoundly robust spiritual and religious aura. During my time with Carole, however brief, it became abundantly elucidated to me that the spirit of Christ is omnipresent within Carole. Carole is an unwavering student and adherent of the Good Shepherd's teachings. I earnestly implore you to voyage to Bob's Furniture and speak with Carole. She will change your life.

David was our salesman and he was awesome. Not pushy at all. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us a few things then let us look on our own until we were ready to make a decision. If we had a question he was right there to give us an answer. He also is very personable and fun to work with. When I go back I hope he is on the floor.

Bob's is always pretty solid and having made a few purchases there over the years the quality of their products have improved as well. I stopped in on a whim browsing for living room pieces and ended finding exactly what I wanted. I was able to complete my purchase in minutes. And while the pandemic has really added to the delivery wait times, I am happy with the process and the value.

WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE. I had ordered all of the furnishings for my entire apartment to be delivered today, so I waited until today to move in. My delivery and assembly was scheduled from 9:30 am to 12:30. Checked the tracker at 8:30 am, arrival was for 9:45. I got a text at 9 that my delivery would be there in 4 minutes. I met the driver to let him into the building and he told me he couldn’t park in the buildings open parking lot and his dispatch would call me. Ok? Dispatch called me a few minutes later. I told them I had a designated parking spot and told them which spot it was. The driver then called me and I told him which parking spot. Waited outside for an hour and a half. Nobody came back. Called Bob’s Customer Service line. They told me they were waiting for another available driver, but they would DEFINITELY be back to deliver my furniture today and dispatch would be calling me, I just needed to wait for that call and I didn’t need to call again. Nobody ever called me. I called Bob’s Customer Service back around 5, finally got ahold of a person at 6, and they said nobody was answering their delivery line and I could reschedule for a week from today. I am literally sleeping on a blanket on my floor like a dog. I ordered every piece of furniture for my apartment from them, I have NOTHING and nobody from Bob’s can be bothered to call me to rectify this. I’m expected to sleep on a hardwood floor for a week. This is SO UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention, won’t the same thing happen next week? I have one parking spot that the driver decided wasn’t big enough (According to customer service 7 hours later) and my parking spot will be the same size next week, so won’t the driver just leave again?? I have no idea what to do and nobody has been helpful.
