Horrible customer service. Some are nice but just clueless and never prepared for accepting high volume of customers. They seem to stress out if more than one person is in line.

We just moved here & haven’t been able to find an alternative, but definitely going to after this last visit. Some of the employees are really nice, but I’m not sure how the others even have a job (rude, can’t fill meds properly, can’t answer questions). Always extremely slow. Something is always wrong with our order. Every time. They didn’t even put ANY MEDICINE in my son’s prescription bottle this last time, but I sure paid for it. Their solution? Dose his sister’s medicine down & give that to him...that doesn’t keep me from driving 20 minutes back out of my way with three sick kids to get medicine I was charged for because dosing hers down means neither would get the correct amount in the long run. Go. Somewhere. Else.

You never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes they can be helpful depending on who your dealing with. Other times they will make you wanna pull your hair out. If we had more options, I’d switch.

The female pharmacist is very rude and hateful. She’s running your customers off. Gary better get a handle on her and his employees because they all are definitely lacking customer service training. I had 2 prescriptions filled from the emergency room. The woman has in the chart what I’m allergic to. Well she filled the medication with a medication I’m allergic to. Yes I called and told her what was happening. She said” oh just take Benedryl. I had to go back and spend another night at the emergency room over her carelessness. That allergic reaction could have killed me. I wonder how many elderly people have died because of this pharmacist carelessness?

I waited 30 minutes and went up to the register 3 times just to ve told the 3rd time oh we have to order this they are a joke they could have told us 30 minutes ago
