Service at this location was fine, I suppose. However, this is a furniture store where they expect customers to spend a reasonable amount of time in the store. And I was told that there were no public bathrooms available, which to me was pretty unacceptable. Customers spend hundreds or even thousands on furniture and Farmers didn’t have something that simple and essential available to them. Do better Farmers.
This location (Fort Valley) has horrible customer service! Do not get scammed into purchasing their plans and insurance!!! They will provide and say misleading false information attempting to convince you to purchase their plans. IT IS NOT REQUIRED!!! One day I went inside the store to make a payment. I approached the counter to physically see 2 associates and the chain manager behind the counter. No one acknowledged my presence for a while until they were fit. I guess when your leader does not show or set the example the associates follow. The associate that helped me is usually nice. Guess when the boss is in town show him that you have likewise horrible service to receive kudos!!! PLEASE, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!

As always great staff and eager to help. They were busy when we visited, staffed greeted us right away and apologized several times for our wait. Great place to do business.
