The owner of BMS is phenomenal! They made a very stressful process, so much easier. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of locally owned storage!!
Prices are way too high & around Christmas of last year, everything in my storage unit... everything I own...was covered in Rat Feces!! They apologized to me & offered me one month of free rent but then when it was time for my free month's rent, the owner completely denied that she had told me that & only gave me a tiny discount...AND didn't even offer whatsoever to either clean the Rat Feces off of EVERYTHING I OWN or to help pay for it all to be cleaned. But when I say Rat Feces...I don't mean just a few...I mean, it was EVERYWHERE....The rats had apparently even burrowed inside of my belongings & there was so much feces that the rats had even spread the feces all over most of my belongings so that I just had to throw away most of my stuff. Yes, in the paperwork I signed to rent the unit, it does say that they are not responsible for any damages that occur but that is just BAD BUSINESS
Giving you guys just 5 stars isn't enough!!! This place has provided excellent service, good customer support, trustworthy, and very convenient. Thank you for all you do.
