Dylan was super helpful and wonderful to work with. He helped me get all of my info transfered to my new phone, walked me through all of the device features and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back to this location in the future! He is definitely the guy to ask for when you come in.
Came in today just curious about Verizon. I have been a T-mobile customer since they bought Voicestream in 2001... So quite awhile, but after months of terrible service/no internet to the point it's affecting how I do my job I decided to get some info on Verizon and see if I should switch. Bri helped me out. She gave me the whole rundown and was so knowledgeable and helpful. She made the decision so easy for me, and because of her I switched and it's been seamless. I already notice the difference. Thanks so much Bri for the help! Seriously, if you go into this store location ask for her. She's awesome!
Dylan was one of the most helpful employees ever. He worked with me for nearly 3 hours without a single complaint. I really appreciate his devotion in making sure my phone was set up properly even though we ran into so many technical issues. He had GREAT costumer service, was extremely polite, and very patient. I am beyond happy with my experience at this store. It is definitely worth stopping in.
