If I could give them 0 stars I one hundred percent would. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ about 3 times since they’ve opened, and each time has been terrible. The first time I went, the coffee I ordered was God awful. I understood that it was a new establishment so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again. The second time I was charged for 2 items, when I had only ordered one of them, and they did not offer to fix they’re mistake. This last time I went really did it for me, and is the reason I will not be going back. I ordered a coffee, and when I got to work I noticed that there was a long HAIR hanging halfway out of the lid of my drink. I’m normally not one to leave a review, but I thought everyone should know to be on the look out for long dark hairs in their coffee.
They are trying. They need to be better trained. But it's Donuts!
Everything at this location is more expensive than any of the other surrounding Dunkin locations. I mean EVERYTHING! Some items are 50 cents higher per item. I will take my business down one more exit to the Old Winder Hwy location. Also the service at the Braselton Commons location is NOT good. I ordered a bagel sliced and toasted, I pulled away with a COLD UNCUT bagel. Ugggh.......
Went today and this store is BEAUTIFUL, everything was clean,fast and the worker was extremely friendly!
Terrible service. Doesn’t open on time and when drive up to window to try and order one worker walking around in pajamas. Finally left at 0515 and went to Racetrack for coffee.
