This GameStop is awesome! Liz has been so helpful in helping me find Pokémon cards and it’s easy to tell she takes pride in her job. She definitely deserves a promotion. Above and beyond with her costumer service!
Very helpful and super friendly. When we left my 11 year old even said you need to tell someone how nice they are. I actually live in Griffin but would rather use this location.
Elizabeth should be fired! I walked into this location to purchase a Galar First Partner Pack am for my boyfriend and was told I could not purchase it because I “do not look like I play Pokémon anyways.” I don’t know what her intentions where with that statement but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. If this is not dealt with I will be pursuing further actions for discrimination.
Location is selling someone else’s Pokémon preorder. Someone we know walked in and purchased someone else’s items. Just not right. Cant trust this GameStop.
Had just what we were looking for at a great price for the holidays.
